Ordered mixed starter from the menu but came with no onion Bhaji. Tried to call takeaway from the number on the menu but both phone out of service/ not recognised so unsure how to get in touch … poor service on that part

Absolutely lovely food yet again! I posted a negative review about 3 weeks ago. Today I went to collect and was pleased that I given my refund! I highly recommend calling before ordering to see the wait time on delivery as they are really struggling for delivery drivers! Thanks.

Well I must have been ordering from Massala Box/Taste of Bombay for years. I normally collect as I like to speak to the chef. But recently I have had delivery. I always anticipate an hour delay. Today I ordered at 20:05 (expected delivery 20:45), then received a text message at 20:30 to say food was on the way. At 21:30 I still hadn’t received my food. I called and was told they were short on drivers and not sure on time of delivery. So I canceled my order. I was told i could get a refund by cancellation on the app. There is no such option. I hope I am not going to have a long running battle getting my money back.

Really delicious food and friendly staff! The lamb in the rogan was more like veal and probably could’ve done with being softer, but apart from that was still amazing! I recommend.
